Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon zest
  • 4 Tbsp. Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1 Celeriac
  • 2 Avocados

Instructions
 

  • We are going to start this recipe by processing the celeriac. You can do this by peeling it first ansd then grating until it is in small pieces.
  • Take the avocado and make sure to remove the stone as well as some of the flesh. Add into your bowl along with the celeriac you just worked on.
  • Throw in the salt, some pepper, the lemon zest, mayo, and lemon juice and blend them all together well.
  • Now that the ingredients are ready, take the shells of the avocado and stuff them with that vegetable mixture.
  • Bring out a serving or a baking dish and place the shells of avocado inside. Place these into the fridge and allow them some time to chill before serving.
