  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 4 Tbsp. Erythritol
  • Ice
  • 2 Cinnamon sticks
  • 4 c. Tigernut milk
  • 2 c. Coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • In order to get started on this recipe, you need to bring out a jug or another container and place the cinnamon stick, erythritol, coconut milk, and the tigernut milk inside and mix them well.
  • Put the lid on top of the jug and place it all into the fridge for a few hours so that the flavors can mix together.
  • When the time comes that you are ready to serve, take out the cinnamon stick and then stir the liquid a bit.
  • You can serve inside any bowl that you would like!
