  • 1 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/3 c. Erythritol
  • 3 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 c. Sunbutter
  • 1 c. Almond flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Ground flax

Instructions
 

  • We are going to start this recipe by making a nice paste simply by combining the water and the ground flax together for a couple of minutes.
  • Now you should set up the food processor and put all of your ingredients, including the flax and water mixture, inside. Allow this to pulse a few times so that a nice dough begins to appear.
  • After the dough appears inside of the food processor, take it out and roll into smaller balls, flattening them with your hand to make them look like cookies.
  • Turn your oven on to about 300 degrees and lay out your baking sheet. Place the premade cookies onto the baking sheet and let them brown inside the hot oven before serving.
